Start with a documented factory profile
We provide company and site information for supplier onboarding, including the relationship between the manufacturing entity, production address and quotation. The factory review links those records to the processes behind your selected squishy toy models.
Build the audit file around your requirements
Tell us the protocol your purchasing team uses. We identify the available site documents, their scope and any additional review your program needs. For a Sedex/SMETA assessment, Bureau Veritas report or Intertek/ITS report, the named site, issue date, audit type and corrective-action status must match the requested review. Specific report availability is confirmed with your document request.
Walk the production route by video
Choose the SKU and the areas you want to review. We arrange a live agenda covering relevant equipment, material handling, tooling, work in progress, QC and packing. Your team can connect what it sees to the equipment and product records during the call.
Arrange an independent site visit
We coordinate access for your nominated inspector or retailer audit program. The visit scope, document list and required production stage are agreed in advance. Product testing, manufacturing capability and social-compliance review remain distinct parts of the supplier file.
Follow findings through to closure
Audit findings need an owner, a corrective action and closure evidence. We work through the agreed review record before the relevant approval or release milestone. Repeat-order changes in site, process or configuration are brought back into the review.
Two decades of export paperwork, ready for your portal
Our foreign-trade team has handled supplier onboarding for North American, European, British, Japanese and Australian buyers since the early 2000s — business licenses, site profiles, equipment registers, audit reports and product test files assembled in the formats retailer vendor portals expect. Documents are named by site and revision, reports are matched to the SKUs you actually order, and nothing is presented as a certificate unless it genuinely is one. That discipline is the reason a large share of our volume comes from repeat container business: the first audit tends to settle the question.
The kind of supplier file buyers reorder against
Our regular customers include importers and distributors selling into dollar stores and promotional channels, Amazon FBA and e-commerce brands that need SKU-level traceability, gashapon and vending operators, and retail buying teams with formal vendor-approval programs. They typically start with a document request, continue with a live video tour of the exact model under discussion, and only then place a first order. You can follow the same sequence in whatever order your compliance team requires — the file is assembled around your protocol, not the other way around.

Questions & answers
Frequently asked questions.
How do I verify that Squishy Toy Supplier is a real factory?
Start with the company and site profile, then reconcile the business license, quotation entity, production address and payment beneficiary. We encourage a live video tour of the specific SKU route — moving continuously through material storage, molding, finishing, QC and packing — and you may nominate an independent inspector for an on-site visit at any stage of the order.
Can I see a Sedex/SMETA, Bureau Veritas or Intertek report?
Tell us which protocol your vendor program requires and we will confirm the available site reports, including named site, issue date, audit type and corrective-action status. We never describe a membership, a booking or an unrelated-site report as certification; specific document availability is answered with your formal document request.
What happens on a factory video tour?
You select the model and the areas relevant to your approval; our team walks the actual production route live — equipment, tooling, material handling, work in progress, QC stations and packing — while your team cross-references the equipment register and SKU records during the call.
Do you accept third-party or retailer audits?
Yes. We coordinate access for SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, QIMA or your retailer program at the production stage your protocol requires. Scope, document list, sampling and release responsibilities are agreed in writing before the visit.
Are you the manufacturer and the exporter?
The supplier file states the relationship between the manufacturing entity, the export/trading entity and the quotation, including the payment beneficiary. Where these are separate companies, the relationship and responsibilities are documented so your purchasing team has a clear contractual counterpart.
What if the audit finds corrective actions?
Each finding receives an owner, an agreed corrective action and closure evidence before the relevant approval or release milestone. Process, site or configuration changes on repeat orders are brought back into the review rather than treated as automatically covered.
