Material is the first engineering decision
We start with the feel, recovery, dimensions and intended use of your product. Shell, filling, pigment and coating are recorded separately, so the production specification describes the complete construction. For custom molded squishy toys, our development review connects the proposed material to the shape and your destination-market requirements.
A process matched to the construction
Thermoplastic molding, foam forming and silicone curing are different production routes. We identify the route for your selected model before engineering begins. The manufacturing brief covers molding or forming, trimming, filling or assembly where applicable, decoration and packing. Any specialist operation is identified in the project scope.
In-house tooling, visible to your team
Our mold development connects drawing revisions, sample trials and production tooling. Private-mold projects have a defined cavity layout, mold identification and maintenance responsibility. A factory video tour can focus on the tooling and equipment relevant to your product, with the equipment register available for your supplier review.
A sample that production can follow
The approved sample sets the reference for appearance, dimensions, finished unit weight and function. We record the agreed tolerances and package revision before bulk production. A changed color, formulation or component goes through review before it becomes the new production reference.
Capacity tied to your order
We assess output against the process, cavity count, cycle time, finishing and packing workload. Your production schedule identifies sample approval, material preparation, manufacturing, inspection and shipment readiness. Monthly capacity and available line time are supplied for the specific program, rather than applied as one figure to every model.
A documented release to shipment
Incoming checks, in-process inspections and the final AQL inspection connect to the same order and SKU. The release file brings together the approved configuration, inspection results, packing data and agreed test documents. Your team has a defined decision point before loading.
The Chenghai cluster behind every schedule
Our supply chain sits inside Chenghai, Guangdong, widely regarded as the largest toy manufacturing cluster on earth. Injection mold makers, PU foam and TPR compounders, pigment houses, printing and packaging suppliers operate within a few kilometres of our production lines. That density is why a revised sample can often be turned in days rather than weeks, why custom colors and private-label packaging move quickly, and why material substitutions — when your approval allows them — rarely hold a container window. We ship through Shantou, Yantian and Shenzhen on FOB terms, and our sales team has managed export documentation for more than two decades.
From one carton of trending stock to full container programs
Not every buyer starts at container volume. In-stock trending squishy, mochi and fidget models are available in small, fast-turnaround wholesale quantities for Amazon FBA sellers, boutique brands and market traders testing a category. Once a design proves itself, the same account manager scales the program into mixed-assortment containers, private-label packaging and eventually a private mold. Many of our long-term customers began with a single carton, reordered, and years later run full container programs with us — the production file stays continuous from that first order onward.
Promotional, gashapon and seasonal event production
A large share of our workshop capacity supports branded giveaways: logo-printed squeeze toys and custom stress balls for corporate campaigns, capsule toys for gashapon and vending operators, mochi squishy for party-favor assortments, and blind-box and advent-calendar programs for holiday retail. We can match a Pantone color, develop a shape around a mascot, plan 24-day calendar assortments and pack to retailer-ready specifications. Bring the campaign date, quantity per drop and destination; we build the sampling, testing and production schedule backward from it.

Questions & answers
Frequently asked questions.
What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale squishy toys?
In-stock catalog models can be ordered in small carton quantities with fast turnaround — a practical starting point for first-time buyers, Amazon FBA sellers and market traders. Custom colors, private-label packaging and private-mold projects carry different, project-specific MOQs, which we quote against your brief. Ask for the exact model list and we will return the MOQ and price break per SKU.
How long does production take?
In-stock items can ship within days once the commercial details are confirmed. Repeat catalog orders typically run on short cycles thanks to standing tooling and local material supply in Chenghai. Private-mold and promotional projects depend on sample approval, testing and order volume; the quotation includes a stage-by-stage schedule so the dates your team must approve are visible in advance.
Can you manufacture from our own design or a reference sample?
Yes. We work from drawings, 3D files, physical reference samples or a functional description. Our engineering team reviews wall thickness, parting lines, filling volume and target feel before any steel is cut, and the project moves through drawing, tool-trial and pre-production sample gates that you sign off before bulk production.
Which materials do you work with?
Slow-rise polyurethane (PU) foam, TPR/TPE soft compounds, silicone, gel and maltose-filled constructions, ABS and other engineering plastics, plus liquid- and bead-filled novelty designs. Material, shell and filling are specified separately on the production record, and each construction is matched to the appropriate test scope for your market.
Which trade terms and ports do you use?
We commonly quote FOB Shantou, Yantian or Shenzhen, with EXW, CIF and door-to-door arrangements available through your freight partner or ours. The named Incoterms location, payment terms and responsibility for export clearance and destination charges are written into the quotation before the order is confirmed.
Do you support private label and custom packaging?
Yes — private label is available even without a private mold: custom colors, printed logos, hangtags, barcode labels, display trays, retail boxes and multilingual instruction sheets can all be developed around a catalog model. For exclusivity over the shape itself, a private-mold agreement defines ownership, authorized production and territory.
