Can I verify the production site?
Yes. We provide our factory profile and arrange live video or on-site reviews. The review covers the production address, equipment, tooling and QC records, including the process scope at the site.
Does every model have the same test reports?
Reports are matched by model and tested configuration. We connect the SKU, material, color and intended market to the available documents; changes to a formula, filling, coating or accessory enter a testing review.
Are catalog molds exclusive?
A catalog listing does not establish exclusive rights. Agree mold ownership, production authorization, design rights and any exclusivity in the tooling agreement.
What MOQ applies to a custom project?
Catalog minimums are shown by model. New colors, packaging, formulations and private molds can require different minimums. Request a quotation against the exact development brief.
How is production capacity confirmed?
Our production team schedules against your SKU, quantity and ship window. The capacity review accounts for tooling, molding, finishing, packing and current bookings, and the quotation records the agreed production schedule.
Can we use our inspection company?
We coordinate buyer-nominated inspections around the agreed protocol and production schedule. Factory access, sampling, defect criteria and release responsibilities are recorded before the inspection.
Which markets do you export to most often?
Buyers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, across the European Union, Japan and Australia account for most of our export volume, with experience in retail, e-commerce and promotional channels in each. Destination-specific documents — ASTM F963/CPSIA, EN71, UK and Japanese files — are assembled per SKU.
Can I mix different toy categories in one container?
Yes. Mixed-assortment containers are a common arrangement: squishy toys, stress balls, spinners, cubes, sensory and push-pop items in one booking, with the packing file recording every SKU, assortment ratio and carton. It is a practical way to test a full category without overstocking a single model.
Do you make capsule toys, blind boxes and advent calendars?
Yes. We produce capsule-compatible figures for gashapon and vending operators, blind-box surprises and multi-day assortments such as 24-day advent calendars, including holiday-themed mochi squishy. Tooling, packaging and exclusivity terms are scoped to the program.
What information should my first inquiry include?
The fastest replies come with the SKU or product concept, expected quantity, destination market, age grade or intended use, required test documents, packaging preference and target shipment date. Your account manager will return MOQ, unit price, sampling plan and a production schedule.
Can you match a competitor product or an existing sample?
We can develop from a physical reference, drawing or functional description, engineering the construction to match the target feel and appearance. IP and trademark clearance remain the buyer's responsibility, and exclusivity is handled through the tooling agreement.
How do payments and trade terms work?
Quotations state the named Incoterms point — commonly FOB Shantou, Yantian or Shenzhen — the payment terms, and who is responsible for export clearance, freight and destination charges. These are agreed in writing before production starts.
