Every customer works with a dedicated account manager supported by our merchandising, engineering and QC teams — the same person follows the quotation, sample approval, production follow-up, inspection coordination and shipment documentation, and stays on the account for repeat orders. Our sales staff read technical drawings and test protocols, communicate in English across time zones, and treat your configuration revisions as controlled documents rather than chat messages. Are you a factory or a trading company?

Do you work with small buyers or only large container orders?
Both. In-stock catalog models are available in small, fast-turnaround wholesale quantities, and many of our long-term container customers began with a single carton. As volume grows, the same account manager supports private label and eventually private-mold development.
